Linda Chinwe & Co was established by Dr. Linda Victor Akpan (PhD, ACA, ACTI), who served as the Lead Consultant with Romflex Network Limited on a landmark project for the Akwa Ibom State Government Internally Generated Revenue from 2014 to 2017. She was directly involved in designing and implementing strategies to strengthen the State’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) framework.
Through her expertise in financial management, taxation, and revenue optimization, she spearheaded reforms that resulted to a significant increment of Akwa Ibom State’s IGR from ₦2 billion to over ₦4 billion within a three-year period (2014 2017).
This achievement stands as a strong testament to her capacity for delivering transformative financial solutions at the governmental level, reinforcing her reputation as a trusted advisor in revenue generation, fiscal policy improvement, and public sector financial reforms.
